PUTRAJAYA: Preparations for the Sungai Besar and Kuala Kangsar by-elections are already underway following the deaths of its two incumbents, says Barisan Nasional secretary-general Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.
He said Umno had already started identifying potential candidates, studying the electoral roll, the constituencies’ demographics as well as voters’ composition.
