GEORGE TOWN: Police arrested a cattle owner and his woman partner after 47.4kg of ganja worth RM166,000 were found in a car at a house compound in Jelutong.

Penang deputy police chief Deputy Comm Datuk A. Thaiveegan said the state Narcotics Criminal Investigation Department and the Bukit Aman Special Tactical Intelligence Narcotics Group (STING) found 50 slabs of ganja hidden in the car on Monday.
