SHAH ALAM: A tow truck driver was fined RM5,000 at the magistrate's court here for posting a comment on his Facebook page which painted a negative impression of the police.
Magistrate Raja Noor Adila Raja Mahyaldin also instructed Muhammad Annuar Saberi, 30, to be jailed six months if he failed to pay the fine.
