MALACCA: Malacca Action Group for Parents in Education (Magpie) hopes the Higher Education Ministry could relax the conditions for the entry into local universities in a bid to assist the 744 Public Service Department (PSD) bursary recipients who sat for their SPM in 2013.
Its chairman Mak Chee Kin said the ministry should look into exempting MUET and foundation examination for the recipients.
