Zaid (extreme right) leaving the court on Friday.
KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Zaid Ibrahim has raised a preliminary objection in response to a charge of making an offensive statement which had called for Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s ouster.
His lawyer M Puravalen told the Sessions Court here that the former de-facto law minister did not commit any offence as the charge had been wrongly framed.
