KOTA KINABALU: A one-year-old infant was among 177 individuals detained in a two-day crackdown on illegal immigrants in Sandakan district on Sabah’s east coast.
Sabah National Security Council deputy security secretary Siti Saleha Habib Yusof said the 177 were among the 524 who were checked during the integrated operations around Sandakan on Dec 10 and 11.
