‘Kevin had no link to 1MDB case’

KUALA LUMPUR: Attorney-General Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali (pic) has maintained that the late Deputy Public Prosecutor Anthony Kevin Morais was never involved in the 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) case.

“Kevin was never involved in the 1MDB investigations. In fact, when he was transferred back to the Attorney-General’s Chambers in early July 2014, there was no report on 1MDB yet,” he said in a text message from Nanning, China, yesterday.
