SUBANG: It is important discussions on the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA) are done behind closed doors to ensure the agreement is signed as soon as possible, says US President Barack Obama.
“It is inaccurate to say transparency means that everyone else is in a room together discussing in an open environment, because each country has to give up something to get it done,” he explained on Friday.
