KOTA KINABALU: Sabah is seeking greater autonomy over rural development projects in efforts to expedite planning and implementation.
Chief Minister Datuk Musa Aman said the state wanted autonomy in terms of planning, funding and implementation of rural development projects so that they could be completed and delivered on time.
