Russia urges patience over probe into downing of MH17

KUALA LUMPUR: Russia has urged all stakeholders to wait for the conclusion of the ongoing investigations into the Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17 tragedy before taking any further steps.

“Before anything else, the investigations must be completed and it must be completed with full respect to the demand of United Nations Security Council Resolution 2166, which is not yet being implemented,” said its Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov after talks with Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Anifah Aman at the PWTC.
