PETALING JAYA: The planned move to extradite Sarawak Report editor Clare Rewcastle-Brown is inconsistent with both UK and Malaysian laws, said Padang Serai MP N. Surendran.
He said that under UK's Extradition Act 2003, the person to be extradited must have committed an act, which also constitutes an offence under UK laws.
