KOTA KINABALU: Police are investigating a case of a naked woman found unconscious in a drain near a seafood restaurant in Penampang.
The woman, whose 'body in the drain' photograph was circulated via social networks was believed in her 20s, was found by passers-by at about noon on Thursday.
