Possible raw sewage leak at Batu Ferringhi beach


Suspected raw sewage, out of the manhole and onto the the road opposite Miami Beach.

BATU FERRINGHI: Raw sewage is believed to have been pouring into the sea from a storm drain next to the Miami Beach Baywatch Tower for at least the last five days.

Holidaymakers visiting Miami Beach are advised to avoid swimming there until the matter is resolved, said Penang Island City Council (MBPP) councillor Syerleena Abdul Rashid.
