SHAH ALAM: Azmin Ali (pic) has returned fire at his predecessor Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim, saying that the decisions he makes as Selangor Mentri Besar have never been populist.
He said since he took over office in September last year, his policy decisions were always based on engagement with stakeholders including the cancellation of the controversial Kinrara-Damansara Expressway (Kidex).
