KUALA LUMPUR: MIC leaders aligned to president Datuk Seri G. Palanivel are agreeable to the 2009 central working committee (CWC) being named as interim CWC.
However, they have demanded that the president's powers to appoint nine CWC members, as stated in the party constitution, remain intact.
