GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Meteorological Department (PMD) successfully tested the National Early Tsunami Warning System in three places on the island on Monday morning.
The tests on the warning systems at the carpark at Dewan Sri Pinang. Pantai Miami at Batu Ferringhi and near the Tanjung Tokong police station were completed without any hitches.
