Human head found in black plastic bag

BUKIT MERTAJAM: A human head was found in a black plastic bag in front of an eatery at Lorong Impian Ria 5, here.

A source said the plastic bag was seen on the walkway in front of the eatery since morning but the owner only opened it at around 4pm, Monday.

"The owner was shocked when he saw a human head inside the bag," the source added.

Penang CID chief SAC Mazlan Kesah was seen at the scene and police were checking CCTV footages. 

On Nov 10, a Myanmar national was found dead with his throat slit in Jarak Atas, Tasek Gelugor, making him the 20th Myanmar to be murdered in the state this year.
