THE Penang government has been urged to take a more drastic action against the spike in mosquito-borne viral diseases in Rifle Range.

Penang MCA deputy organising secretary Quah Lean Huat said based on the latest data from the state Health Department, the northeast district of Penang recorded eight dengue cases and 15 chikungunya cases.
