SHAH ALAM: A former human resource director was charged in the Sessions Court here with taking a RM170,000 bribe to maintain a contract to hire foreign workers.
C. Khrishan Kumar, 53, claimed trial to accepting the bribe from Nada Persada Sdn Bhd director Ng Lay Leng as an inducement to maintain a contract for them to provide foreign labour to his company, Teleflex Medical Sdn Bhd.
