GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Hill Corporation (PHC) has secured a full certificate of fitness (CF) for its funicular train service on Oct 3.
Its general manager Dr Lawrence Khoo said they had addressed accordingly on the safety concerns raised during the audit on renewal of CF by the Department Of Occupational Safety And Health (DOSH).
