Pengkalan Kubor by-election: Border town in the spotlight

TUMPAT: The people of Pengkalan Kubor will have to make do with some adjustments to their daily life until Sept 25.

In the next few weeks, this small and picturesque fishing town will welcome an unusually large number of visitors, including the country's top leaders from both sides.
