PETALING JAYA: Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has denied supporting the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) in 1992.
Anwar, who was Finance Minister at the time, said he had made it clear in Parliament at the time that GST should be carried out in a “transparent and efficient manner”.
