KUALA LUMPUR: The psychiatric observation on Warrant Officer 2 Muhammad Rizalman Ismail (pic), who faced burglary and sexual assault charges in New Zealand is complete, said Armed Forces chief Jen Tan Sri Zulkifeli Mohd Zin.
“The psychiatric observation (on Rizalman) is complete but as to whether he will be sent back to New Zealand depends on Wisma Putra (Foreign Ministry) and the A-G Chambers as well as both the countries as there are specific procedures that need to be followed,” he told reporters at the Defence Ministry Tuesday.
