KUALA LUMPUR: Owners of entertainment outlets in the city have received an order from Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) to stop "all entertainment activities" for 24 hours from 7am Friday, as a mark of respect to victims of the MH17 tragedy.
The notice also said that outlets which did not adhere to the order would be penalised under the Entertainment Act (WPKL) 1992.
