JOHOR BARU: As the controversy continues over the Eastern Dispersal Link (EDL), authorities have called for a more balanced and rationale perspective, pointing out that between 180,000 to 220,000 motorists who use the expressway do not have to pay toll.
They pointed that of these number, only 60,000 motorists would be going to Singapore, with the majority of Johoreans using the EDL for free.
