JOHOR BARU: Malaysian property developers are banking on their track record as they compete with foreign developers who are now making their presence felt in the country.

Encorp Bhd sales, marketing and communications head Tengku Razidar Tengku Zainol Abidin said there was no denying that the arrival of China-based developers had created stiff competition in Johor.
