KOTA KINABALU: Increased intelligence gathering and encouraging whistleblowing would be among the effective measures in combating graft among security personnel guarding Sabah’s intrusion-prone east coast.
Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF) vice-chairman Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye said on Friday that increased intelligence would enable authorities to identify those involved in any form of corruption.
