GEORGE TOWN: Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N. Rayer refused to apologise and withdraw his Umno celaka remark that he had made during the state assembly sitting on Tuesday.
He claimed the word celaka only meant "damn it" and was not calling Umno leaders haram jadah.
