KUANTAN: The Bentong District Police Headquarters (IPD) witnessed a man, believed to be deranged, fall from the second floor of the building on Friday.
Bentong police chief, Supt Mohamad Mansor Mohd Nor said the 44-year-old man suffered serious head and body injuries in the 7.30pm incident.
