Nigerian sentenced to death for trafficking

SHAH ALAM: A Nigerian private college student was sentenced to death by a High Court here for trafficking 9,189 grams of cannabis at an apartment in Gombak in 2011.

Justice Abd Halim meted out the sentence after considering testimonies given by three prosecution witnesses and the accused and submissions given by both parties.
