GEORGE TOWN: In a bid to curb soaring home prices, Penang will implement new housing rules from Feb 1 next year that seeks to keep housing affordable.
Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said active discussions are continuing with the Bar Council, banks, and property developers both in and outside Penang.
