KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has ordered a businessman and his companion to enter their defence on nine counts of cheating five people involving RM143,890 five years ago.
Justice Kamardin Hashim said the prosecution had succeeded in establishing a prima facie case against C. Yoganandha Moorthy and Mercy Sumathi Christie.
