KUALA LUMPUR: Former Malaysian Athletics Union deputy president Datuk Karim Ibrahim has had his six-year suspension over two doping incidents set aside by a High Court here.
High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Zaleha Yusof allowed the application to lift plaintiff Karim’s suspension, ruling that he was not a member of the Malaysia Athletics Federation (MAF).
