GEORGE TOWN: 1,358 days and counting. That's how long an application for development project has been sitting awaiting decision by the Development Planning Department of Penang Municipal Council (MPPP).
Jelutong MP Jeff Ooi said the application was submitted to the department on Feb 9 in 2010. It is believed to be still waiting for approval.
