BESUT: Voters in the Kuala Besut by-election will have to dip their left index finger into the indelible ink bottle instead having it painted onto them.
The Election Commission (EC) has decided on this method following criticisms about the different ways the ink was painted onto the finger and claims that it could be easily washed off.
