KUALA LUMPUR: New MPs are all fired up for their first Dewan Rakyat meeting but seasoned MPs hope there will be more productive discussions rather than dramatic exchanges.

Pengerang MP Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said said she wanted to see more MPs from both sides of the fence voicing the interests of the people rather than defending party policies in the House.
