KUALA LUMPUR: A former remisier Datuk Goh Hock Choy, 50, was charged in a Sessions Court here on Tuesday for allegedly manipulating shares listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad through 42 central depository securities (CDS) accounts in 2004.
His businessman friend Siow Chung Peng, 42, was charged separately with abetting.
