Probe panel can ease anger


An independent probe into the incidents of assault at the Bersih 3.0 rally would satisfy young voters who feel their protest for a fraud-free elections had been hijacked by professional politicians who have a different agenda.

THE Home Ministry decision on Wednesday to probe into incidents of assault at the Bersih 3.0 rally on April 28 is right and appropriate as it would help to ease the anger and disgust among protesters, many of whom were first timers.
