SHAH ALAM: The Select Committee on Competency, Accountability and Transparency (Selcat) has been criticised for not being able to solve issues brought to its public hearing.
Abdul Shukur Idris (BN-Kuang) said Selcat was only able to demand explanations and not able to do anything beyond than that.
