Tabung Haji beefing up database security to stem ‘express haj”


YAN: Lembaga Tabung Haji is beefing up its database security by upgrading its computerised system to overcome weaknesses in haj management to stem "express haj".

Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom said "express haj" where pilgrims on the waiting list were offered the chance to jump queue were detected by Tabung Haji as early as 2010.
