SUBANG JAYA: A six-hour heated Malaysian Trades Union Congress (MTUC) general council meeting saw its secretary-general surviving a no-confidence motion for the second time in three months.
Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) workers union president Abdul Razak Md Hassan mooted the motion against secretary-general Abdul Halim Mansor for “failing to perform his duty to expectations”.
