Armed Forces chief leads Kelantan honours list

KOTA BARU: Armed Forces chief Gen Tan Sri Zulkifli Mohd Zin heads the list of 613 recipients of state honours in conjunction with the 42nd birthday of Sultan of Kelantan Sultan Muhammad V.

Zulkifli receives the Darjah Kebesaran Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (Al-Muhammadi I) (SPMK) award that carries the title "Datuk".
