KUALA TERENGGANU: The month of Ramadan here is never complete without the East Coast special dish of ayam percik and trader Zainab Hassan is more than happy to serve up the treat.
The 24-year-old lass, who has been helping her family business, especially during the fasting month, said that besides the usual chicken wing version of ayam percik, she also sells the rare “buntut ayam” or the bishop’s nose.
