Nine students from China held over attack on cop


KANGAR: The police have arrested nine students from China for allegedly attacking a policeman who tried to diffuse a drunken brawl at a karaoke here early Saturday.

Seven of the students, including two women, are from an institution of higher learning in Perlis, while the rest are from a similar institution based in Kedah.
