KUALA LUMPUR: The Commission of Inquiry investigating the death of political aide Teoh Beng Hock took another twist when the Selangor state government withdrew its participation.
The state government’s counsel Malik Imtiaz Sarwar said the decision to withdraw from the inquiry was made due to several issues which questioned the efficacy of the proceedings.
