KUALA LUMPUR: Chinese voters now have a deeper concern for intellectual issues rather than just wanting rice-bowl problems to be addressed, MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek said.
These intellectual issues included racial fairness, accessibility to education, scholarships, promotions, judiciary and crime, he told a press conference after a dialogue with automative parts manufacturing associations, at Wisma MCA here Tuesday.
