Ex-minister Balan dies at 73

KUCHING: Former state minister Datuk Joseph Balan Seling died at a private hospital here yesterday. He was 73.

Balan, a five-term assemblyman of Telang Usan, left behind widow Datin Mariam Iboh, six children and three grandchildren.
