PUTRAJAYA: The national Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Perfor-mance Indicators (KPI) policies are now in “action mode” and civil servants must ensure that their implementation meet the rakyat’s expectations.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said the days of introducing and explaining the rationale behind the national KRAs and KPIs were over and it was now “time for action”.
