DPP in the dock for preparing incorrect reports

SHAH ALAM: A deputy public prosecutor (DPP) claimed trial in a magistrate’s court here for allegedly charging two people with an offence of lesser severity.

Md Azar Irwan Mohd Arifin, 30, is accused of preparing an order for Quah Guat Chin, Wong Kok Seng and Low Teck Seng to be charged under Section 12 (2) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1957 and Section 39A (1) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1957.
