GEORGE TOWN: Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) arrested 19 people, including an immigration officer, involved in allowing illegal foreign workers to leave the country without valid documents.
They uncovered the workings of the syndicate in an operation at the Penang Airport Friday morning.
